ATMORESTIVE

Jakub Karpowicz aka atmorestive – a sound artist born in 2006 based in Szczecin and Poznań, whose work oscillates around ambient, experimental sounds, and techno. In the creative process, the focus is on crafting deep, sensory-engaging soundscapes.

Fascinated by sonic contemplation, Atmorestive explores the possibilities of synthesizers and human imagination in live performances and compositions, subtly processing sounds in response to accompanying emotions. The resulting tracks are suspended between a dream state and wakefulness. Music, created both solo and collaboratively, reveals a distinct sensitivity to space and emotion, while prioritizing the listener's freedom to form their own interpretation.

The artist's portfolio includes contributions to numerous organizations and performances for initiatives such as Up To Date Festival, Tranzyt Podcast, Summer Contrast, Schron, Ślina, Chaos Warszawa, and many more. Atmorestive is a resident at the Hala Odra club and co-creates the STILL collective, which is dedicated to promoting local culture and art. Furthermore, as part of the Aorta Ultras group, the artist promotes the heavier side of electronic music.
